Stone layer in engineering refers to the diameter greater than 200mm, circular or sub main round of natural aggregate. In the face of boulder soil layer, we can use the following ways to operate Rotary Piling Rig:
1.Drilling method of toggle type, low speed, low torque, low axial compression, then through the toggle on the boulder drilling teeth go into the drill body.
2.Low engine power, when drilling stone layer vibration, hold drill so as to protect the parts. Engine at low speed, low torque, low output.
3.Light axle pressure, pressure lifting, suspension, point floating, point pressing, etc, to prevent drilling. Floating drilling can be used to reduce its vibration, and if pressure drilling is required, the use point pressure method is used to control it.
